From modest beginnings in 1922 Cansco Greig Engineering
Ltd has gone from strength to strength and today
is at the forefront of pipework and structural
fabrications for the oil industry.
Cansco Greig Engineering Ltd, employ 85 staff
consisting of coded welders, platers, sheet metal
workers, fabricators, design, and N.D.T. Considerable
investment has been made in state of the art equipment
such as C.N.C. operated guillotines, Pressbrake
Folders, Heavy Plate Rollers, Milling Machines,
Sub Arc Welding Machines with Controlled Turntables,
Orbital Head Welding Equipment with Digital Readout
and Programming, Mig and Tig Welding Plants with
Computerised Self Programming, Digital laser surveying
equipment.
The manufacturing site in Aberdeen consists of
25,000 square feet of fabrication space and 1
acre of yard. Cansco Greig Engineering Ltd operates
its own fleet of trucks which allows us to be
self sufficient in road transport.
Cansco Greig Engineering Ltd is a registered ISO
9002 Company and as such has carried out extensive
manufacturing both in the U.K. and Overseas.
Cansco Greig currently have long term contracts
for onshore pipework and structural steel fabrication
with the companies shown on the right.
